Build, maintain and establish the Promises Behavioral Health brand by establishing business connections with hospitals, crisis units, physicians, mental health professionals and other relevant groups or agencies
Collaborate with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management; provide outreach education, support and resources to referral sources, families, and potential patients
Promote programs in community service areas communicating entire spectrum of services through direct personal contact with existing and potential community relationships
Work with Regional Director of Outreach to grow name recognition and brand in assigned region
Complete administrative assignments and documentation as requested
Act as liaison between clients, families, community providers and treatment centers regarding admission communication and follow-up
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, unions, employee assistance programs, other substance abuse providers, private practitioners, courts, law offices, schools, and recovery advocacy groups
Execute analysis of assigned region and create and execute strategic plans
Offer clinically informed tours of facilities and represent Promises at networking events, conferences, and meetings
Draft communications to develop community relationships and access appropriate community resources
Inform and orient clients regarding appropriateness and level of care
Carry out responsibilities in compliance with company policies and all local, state and federal laws (including 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA)
Daily reporting of all activities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in business or job related medical or mental healthcare discipline is preferred
Minimum of two (2) years' proven outreach experience is preferred
Understanding of the referral pipeline in behavioral health preferred
Previous experience in the behavioral/mental health sector is preferred
Experience in developing strategic plans and accurate forecasts for territory and accounts is preferred
Working understanding and practical application of using a CRM
Excellent relational, public speaking, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish and expand relationships with key decision makers
Process driven, highly organized and efficient
Highly motivated, self-starter with strong self-awareness and humility
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and think critically
Ability to manage complex accounts and situations
Must meet pre-employment and ongoing requirements (background screening, fingerprinting, drug test, health screening, DMV, insurance, license/credential verifications)
Must reside in the Little Rock, AR area
