About the role
- Design and deliver end-to-end generative AI and large language model (LLM) applications that power Promise's mission
- Build AI pipelines and infrastructure for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, document parsing, and RAG systems
- Develop and deploy AI products for complex customer use cases across the platform
- Partner across teams to identify automation opportunities and drive adoption
- Track and apply advancements in the AI landscape to guide strategy and adoption
- Contribute to the vision, goals, and roadmap for AI/ML development at Promise
Requirements
- Design and deliver end-to-end generative AI and large language model (LLM) applications
- Build AI pipelines and infrastructure for prompt engineering, fine-tuning, document parsing, and RAG systems
- Experience deploying AI products for complex customer use cases
- Experiment with new generative use cases and track and apply advancements in the AI landscape
- Partner across teams to identify opportunities where AI reduces friction and increases efficiency
- Contribute to AI/ML vision, goals, and roadmap
- Must be a US person (US citizen or permanent resident) and reside in the United States
- Ability to work in-person at the Promise office at least three times per week (hybrid)
