About the role

  • Work directly with utilities and government agencies to integrate Promise’s payment and relief products
  • Solve complex integration challenges in customer environments
  • Improve and level up Promise’s products
  • Travel occasionally to visit customers and strengthen relationships in person

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building and deploying production software
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript, ETL tools, SQL, React
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Curiosity & grit to explore and experiment
