About the role
- strong experience on financing and/or private M&A transactions
- experience on project and energy financing and/or energy and infrastructure-related M&A transactions preferred
- have tax equity and/or IRA credit experience
- represent some of the largest and most well-known stakeholders and participants in the US and international energy markets
Requirements
- strong experience on financing and/or private M&A transactions

- tax equity and/or IRA credit experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top accredited law school required
- Bar membership, active and in good standing, in New York, Washington, DC, or Texas bar required
- prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 Law Firm
