About the role
- Prominence is seeking a data architect with strong experience in SQL to help build and deploy analytics solutions in partnership with some of the nation’s leading healthcare providers.
- The ideal candidate has deep familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and/or cloud technologies such as Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, or similar tools.
- Our consultants guide our customers through complex technology requirements to summit the challenge at hand.
- You will need to be able to create order out of chaos, and compile ambiguous information into tactical action plans.

Requirements
- Work with raw data to transform it into meaningful, actionable information.
- Design data models that scale in size and complexity.
- Develop and deploy analytics solutions to meet customer needs.
- Guide customers through complex, new or unfamiliar technology requirements and compile ambiguous information into actionable plans.
- Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries.
- Strong experience in reading and writing SQL. Ability to write, debug and tune SQL queries.
- Deep knowledge of relational data modeling. Ability to think at an architectural level in creating, growing, maintaining, and documenting scalable data models.
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
- - Microsoft SQL Server
- - Databricks
- - Snowflake
- - Microsoft Fabric
- - Azure Synapse
- - AWS Redshift
- - Similar cloud or big data platforms
