Marketing

• Define and own the field marketing strategy for APAC, aligned to business priorities and growth objectives
• Partner with senior sales leadership to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue contribution
• Develop and execute a multi-channel mix of programs: strategic campaigns, industry events, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital demand initiatives
• Establish and track full-funnel KPIs (from lead to revenue), reporting regularly to executive stakeholders
• Influence go-to-market decisions with data-driven insights on regional performance, market dynamics, and customer engagement
• Manage regional budgets with full accountability for ROI and impact
• Build and scale ABM and field marketing playbooks, establishing best practices for the region
• Act as the senior marketing leader for APAC, ensuring regional needs are represented in global strategy
