About the role
- Develop strategies to grow revenue through all channel partners.
- Build partner onboarding programs, training, and co-marketing initiatives that support the company’s SaaS solutions.
- Drive indirect sales targets and manage forecasting and pipeline.
- Educate and empower direct and indirect channel and distributor partners on Promethean’s full portfolio of SaaS offerings.
- Drive software sales through strategic partner engagement, training, go-to-market initiatives, and joint sales calls.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the channel eco-system.
- Use partners to enter untapped markets, new geographies, verticals, or customer segments.
- Monitor partner performance, provide insights, and support achievement of sales targets.
- Work cross functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer service to ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of proven experience in SaaS sales management, preferably in a channel or partner-facing role.
- Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and partner enablement strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
- Successful candidates will understand how partnerships fit into broader GTM strategy—not just revenue generation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and solve complex problems with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, partner portals, and performance dashboards.
- Genuine passion for technology and a strong commitment to embody and promote the company’s core values in every interaction.
- 4-year degree preferred.
- Up to 50% travel with overnight stays required.
