About the role

  • Lead, develop, and scale multiple high-performing sales teams across the region, driving achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals through strategic planning and disciplined execution
  • Inspire and empower sales leaders and account executives through coaching, mentorship, and performance management, fostering consultative excellence and growth mindsets.
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations; monitor progress through regular business reviews and forecast calls.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity across the region.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Channel leadership to ensure data-driven territory planning, lead follow-up, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Build and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on market expansion and customer retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through channel sales motions.
  • Develop strategic account plans and co-selling frameworks to drive multi-year customer relationships.
  • Strengthen relationships with channel partners to expand Promethean’s reach and market penetration.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with top partners to assess performance, align strategy, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Own regional forecast accuracy and sales hygiene; ensure opportunities are correctly staged and forecasted in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate in weekly forecast reviews with the VP of Sales, providing insights on regional performance, wins, losses, and competitive trends.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Professional Development, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experience from prospecting to post-sale.
  • Represent the West Region in leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and national sales events, serving as the face of the region.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with consistent quota attainment.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales leadership.
  • Proven success leading hybrid sales team (direct + channel)
  • Strong business acumen, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline discipline.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance execution and strategy.
