About the role
- Provide 1st & 2nd line support via phone, email, and chat in German and English.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Promethean hardware and software.
- Log all cases accurately in the system and follow up through to resolution.
- Escalate complex issues when needed and collaborate with internal teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and small projects to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
- Solid understanding of computer systems and operating environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Fluent German and English.
