About the role

  • Provide 1st & 2nd line support via phone, email, and chat in German and English.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Promethean hardware and software.
  • Log all cases accurately in the system and follow up through to resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues when needed and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Contribute to process improvements and small projects to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
  • Solid understanding of computer systems and operating environments
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Fluent German and English.
