About the role
- Provide administration support to the administration team
- Administer processes for Warranty and Support on Promethean’s Hardware products
- Provide the best customer service through registration, stock management, logistics, warranty processes and general administration support
Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years’ experience in General & Logistics administration management
- Good clear communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong leadership, self-motivated and innovative approach
- Experience of logistics, stock management & warehouse processes
- Relevant administration & Logistics qualifications
- Strong background in report generation – Cognos and Microsoft packages essential (BI tools an advantage)
- A good knowledge of Salesforce.com and Infor LN systems
- Suitable qualification in Leadership Management
