About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and optimize SEO and AI search (AEO/GEO) strategies
- Perform localized CRO analysis and partner with CRO and web development teams to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
- Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices (metadata, internal linking, site performance, structured data)
- Monitor performance using tools such as Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, and analytics platforms
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced English level for daily communication
- Upper-intermediate/Advanced German level
- 1+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics and testing methodologies
- Experience with AI search (AEO/GEO) strategies
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
