Marketing Operations and CRM Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows
- Ensure data quality, governance, and segmentation strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to align processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance
- Implement lead scoring models and lifecycle management processes
- Manage integrations between CRM and other tools (email, ads, analytics, etc.)
- Support campaign execution through list management and automation
- Identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion and operational efficiency
- Document processes and maintain CRM best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM management, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and lead lifecycle management
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
- Familiarity with integrations (APIs, Zapier, or similar tools)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
