About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and administer corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
- Maintain direct communication with international clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers.
- Handle client invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Monitor client portfolios and report on collection status.
- Support KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes in line with local and international regulations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced English level (C1) — mandatory.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate services, fiduciary, or legal environments
- Hands-on experience managing international clients and corporate structures.
- Solid exposure to compliance frameworks (KYC / AML).
- Portuguese (intermediate) — a plus.
