About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and track multiple projects across different teams
Break down initiatives into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers
Keep Jira boards, tickets, and workflows updated and organized
Maintain clear and standardized documentation in Confluence
Lead follow-ups, check-ins, and status updates with stakeholders
Escalate delays or risks proactively
Support PMO processes, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 6 years of experience in project management or project coordination
Hands-on experience with Jira, including boards, workflows, and reporting
Experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
