About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, safe and patient‑centered care across the hospital.
- Plays a critical part in advancing nursing practice, clinical excellence and patient experience while supporting ProMedica’s Mission, Values and performance goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master of Science in Nursing or a related field
- Exceptional understanding of the functions of various hospital departments, policies and procedures, budgeting process and analysis of financial data.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission, OSHA regulations – as they pertain to infection control, Medicare/Hospital Conditions of Participation, and ability to understand and interpret federal and state regulations needed either through education or experiences.
- 5-7 years RN experience with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Licensed Registered Nurse
