Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master of Science in Nursing or a related field
  • Exceptional understanding of the functions of various hospital departments, policies and procedures, budgeting process and analysis of financial data.
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission, OSHA regulations – as they pertain to infection control, Medicare/Hospital Conditions of Participation, and ability to understand and interpret federal and state regulations needed either through education or experiences.
  • 5-7 years RN experience with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse
