About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently while fostering a collaborative environment prioritizing patient care and staff satisfaction.
  • Provide oversight for scheduling and payroll as well as track physician vacation time.
  • Keep records of staff continuing education and certification.
  • Work with the physician/manager to develop and implement department policies, systems, and processes to promote both quality and efficiency.
  • Help develop and monitor office budgets.
  • Prepare staff performance reviews and hold staff accountable to performance and service standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory and administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health services related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Clinical experience (preferred)
