Key responsibilities & impact

team up with internal stakeholders for smooth IT project execution
define, analyze, validate, and document business needs
perform business process design and requirements definition
define and document requirements for process changes and development needs
analyze and prioritize enhancement requests
communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
act as a liaison between functional teams and technical resources
provide functional requirements to development team and perform QA testing
manage scope and requirements throughout the project life cycle
assist in operational roll out and user training for new functionality and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field
5+ years of experience with Business Analysis for software systems and applications
proven experience interpreting customers' business needs
Previous experience with ERP implementations, especially in a manufacturing organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation
Detail orientated and well organized
High degree of reliability and timely completion of tasks
Ability to travel up to 50%
