About the role
- You are responsible for resource and capacity planning for our warehouse management software solution at proLogistik Schweiz AG
- You plan and coordinate developer capacity for projects, go-lives, and migrations
- You conduct weekly planning meetings and manage alignment between development needs and available capacities
- You facilitate daily syncs with the development team
- You handle resource requests and ensure transparent prioritization
- You actively support sprint planning and maintain information in Jira and Confluence
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics or a related field, or vocational training in office management or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in PMO / project coordination / resource planning
- Experience working in agile teams (basic understanding of Scrum/Kanban)
- Proficient with Jira/Confluence and Excel (reporting/capacity overviews)
- Very good German and good English language skills
