About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build and implement scalable legal workflows, templates, playbooks, guidance, self-service tools
- Lead and support the adoption of AI, automation, contract lifecycle management
- Act as a flexible cross-border legal resource across European jurisdictions
- Partner with teams to support strategic growth areas such as data centres and energy
- Simplify and rationalise contract suites and related documents
- Develop business-facing training, playbooks and guidance
- Support implementation of legal technology and reporting processes
- Provide practical legal support on corporate, real estate, GDPR, privacy and compliance matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of post-qualification legal experience in an in-house legal department or law firm
- Strong legal judgement and drafting / negotiation skills
- Experience designing or improving legal templates, playbooks, approval processes
- Demonstrated interest in legal technology, automation, AI-enabled tools, legal operations
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders, business lines and European jurisdictions
- Analytical mindset to identify patterns, dependencies and opportunities
- Qualification to practice law in a European jurisdiction
- Professional fluency in English (required)
- Fluency in Spanish (for roles in Spain) or another relevant European language (for roles in Amsterdam)
