About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading the structuring and execution of complex deals across the Essentials business
Own the analysis and structuring of complex, multi-product deals
Drive deals from intake through close—developing proposals, managing approvals, and ensuring accurate contract execution
Act as a central connector across Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and IT
Identify and implement opportunities to automate deal desk workflows
Perform data analysis and develop new metrics, benchmarks, and insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, sales operations, or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end deal execution
Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Systems-oriented mindset with experience using and improving CRM/CLM platforms
Strong interest in automation, AI tools, or scalable workflow design
Strong time management skills required alongside work schedule flexibility
