About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead construction activities of data center delivery (speculative and build‐to‐suit).
Ensure accurate staffing for forecasted construction activity and provide budget information.
Oversee entitlement process and optimize designs and contractor bidding.
Monitor project milestones for timely delivery of deliverables.
Coach the data center project management team on performance and growth.
Maintain close communication with the data center design team for design integrity.
Accountable for development portfolio performance in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and safety.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in Real Estate Development (data center focused), Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
Consistent track record in land development or construction management.
Computer proficiency: MS Project, BlueBeam, Google Earth, and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to travel, as necessary, to projects (Approximately 30%).
Experience championing a project from acquisition through due diligence, entitlements and permitting.
Self‐motivated and able to multi‐task and prioritize with minimal direction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive in approaching solutions and problem solving.
Promote the Prologis brand with passion and a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
