Key responsibilities & impact

Lead construction activities of data center delivery (both speculative and build-to-suit)
Ensure accurate staffing to run forecasted construction activity
Provide cost and budget information for investment memos
Lead the technical side of the entitlement process
Optimize designs and contractor bidding
Mentor junior colleagues and manage a development team
Develop relationships with General Contractors and own cost saving measures

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in a similar role in Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
Computer proficiency: MS Project, BlueBeam, Google Earth, Microsoft Office
Experience from project acquisition through due diligence, entitlements and permitting
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
Hardworking, positive demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive in problem solving
Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
