Vice President

• Develop front-of-the-meter (FTM) distributed energy storage projects, and utility scale energy storage projects from siting strategy, interconnections to project design and engineering.
• Support the origination, valuation, trading and optimization organizations to drive revenue growth through building a strong pipeline of energy storage projects across Prologis Americas footprint.
• Own grid interconnection filings to support development portfolio, and lead acquisition/partnerships for interconnection queue positions through co-developments.
• Manage interconnection filings in multiple ISOs/RTOs and with distribution utilities across Americas.
• Use Prologis’ market presence to source candidate assets and land banks; develop a prioritization framework that scores sites on grid value, interconnection viability, customer use cases, and real estate readiness.
• Partner closely with Real Estate, Capital Deployment, Leasing, Property Management, and Entitlements teams to identify and control sites within the Prologis portfolio suitable for standalone or hybrid BESS (e.g., land parcels, rooftops, parking/yard areas, and adjacent rights-of-way).
• Negotiate land leases for storage projects on both Prologis real-state platform and out of platform.
• Manage permitting process with the assistance of internal/external teams.
• Lead responses to utility RFPs and support origination teams in negotiation of offtake agreements.
• Act as internal storage subject matter expert by helping team members across the broader Prologis energy and real-estate organization as they are exposed to energy storage opportunities.
