About the role
- Drive the sales process, working with the Field Service Sales team
- Identify technical issues to assure customer satisfaction
- Lead regional commercial activity and sales support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Work with Sales, Order Handling & Project Management
- Obtain pricing and cost elements for bids
- Maintain active directory of sub suppliers
- Provide product specifications and technical support
- Attend customer visits at locations to discuss business opportunities
- Maintain up to date contracts for accounts
- Compile and report on competitive feedback & bid feedback
- Generate regional analytical reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical or Mechanical preferred.
- 3-5 years of customer facing sales roles
- ERP Experience (SAP, SalesFor etc.)
- 5-10 years of related experience in a customer facing marketing and/or sales role
- Strong knowledge of the electric power industry
