About the role
- As the Partnerships & Events Manager you will help drive pipeline and revenue through high-impact experiences and strategic relationships.
- Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, the Partnerships & Events Manager will own Prokeep's events, webinars, and association partnerships from strategy through execution.
- Build and manage an annual events calendar, deliver compelling virtual and in-person experiences, and turn partnerships and community programs into measurable growth for the business.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events end-to-end, from initial concept through post-event reporting.
- Own the annual events calendar, aligning programming to revenue goals, campaign priorities, and go-to-market strategy.
- Manage all event logistics including vendor management, registration, travel, on-site execution, and run-of-show to deliver seamless experiences.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, RevOps, and Leadership to ensure clear internal communication, staffing, and accountability at every event.
- Measure and report on event performance (attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline and revenue, CAC/ROI) with insights and recommendations for leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or partnership marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology organization.
- Proven track record of planning and executing both in-person and virtual events with measurable business impact.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering results in a resource-conscious environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars, ON24, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate event and partnership metrics into actionable insights and leadership-ready reporting.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to travel to conferences and customer/partner locations as needed.
- Experience in or familiarity with the wholesale distribution or construction industry is a plus.
