About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conquer the enterprise sector: You are the strategic lead behind our largest deals.
- Full-cycle strategy: You manage complex sales cycles — from the initial strategic outreach, through building consensus among multiple stakeholders, to the final contract signing at the corporate level.
- Strategic prospecting: You identify key accounts and acquire new customers through targeted outbound activities.
- Value-based consulting: In tailored demos and workshops, you translate our product benefits into measurable business value for C-level executives and company leadership.
- Complex deal management: You confidently navigate IT security assessments, data protection reviews, and negotiations with central procurement.
- Sales excellence: You evolve our enterprise playbooks and ensure reliable forecasting through meticulous CRM hygiene.
- Market intelligence: You are our ear to the market, analyze enterprise customer requirements, and significantly influence our product roadmap.
- You own the entire sales cycle — from qualification through consultation and demos to closing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enterprise DNA: You have proven success closing complex B2B software (SaaS) deals with long sales cycles and six-figure contract values.
- Stakeholder engagement: You communicate confidently with board-level executives as well as department heads and understand their specific pain points.
- Closing ability & consultative approach: You are not a “hard seller” but a trusted advisor who convinces through expertise and reliably drives deals to completion.
- Industry know‑how: Ideally you bring a network or deep understanding of the architecture, construction, or planning industry.
- Language skills: Native-level German (business fluent) and very good English skills for working in a modern tech environment.
- Mindset: You work proactively, think entrepreneurially, and enjoy the challenge of navigating complex organizational structures. You take pleasure in working with people, building trust, and communicating reliably.
