About the role
- Lead the implementation phase of a high-profile outsourcing programme for a major insurance client, delivering against tight timelines
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional internal teams and external partners across multiple global locations to ensure aligned delivery
- Own senior stakeholder engagement, building credibility and trust with executive and C-suite leaders through clear communication and strong governance
- Navigate complex organisational and political environments, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and sensitivities
- Provide confident programme leadership, maintaining momentum, decision-making clarity, and delivery focus throughout the implementation lifecycle
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Consulting background is preferred
- 8+ years experience in project/programme management
- Track record of managing senior and C-suite stakeholders in global, multi-location environments
- Outsourcing experience would be highly desirable
- Finance Transformation experience is ideal
- Insurance/FS (financial services) experience is also ideal
