About the role

  • Lead the implementation phase of a high-profile outsourcing programme for a major insurance client, delivering against tight timelines
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional internal teams and external partners across multiple global locations to ensure aligned delivery
  • Own senior stakeholder engagement, building credibility and trust with executive and C-suite leaders through clear communication and strong governance
  • Navigate complex organisational and political environments, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and sensitivities
  • Provide confident programme leadership, maintaining momentum, decision-making clarity, and delivery focus throughout the implementation lifecycle

Requirements

  • An independent consultant
  • Consulting background is preferred
  • 8+ years experience in project/programme management
  • Track record of managing senior and C-suite stakeholders in global, multi-location environments
  • Outsourcing experience would be highly desirable
  • Finance Transformation experience is ideal
  • Insurance/FS (financial services) experience is also ideal
