About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are the right hand, the organizational whiz and the primary sparring partner for our founding team.
- You provide maximum support in day-to-day operations.
- You build and maintain clear spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).
- You create professional, engaging presentations (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
- You support finance administration and sales support, prepare proposals and issue invoices.
- You make important calls and correspond with our partners, vendors and customers with impeccable professionalism.
- You plan and organize memorable workations and team events, as well as general scheduling and travel coordination for internal and external participants.
- You independently take on changing ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks that arise in the daily life of a startup.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have completed commercial vocational training, a degree, or bring the necessary skills through relevant professional experience in an assistant, office management or startup environment.
- You are a true generalist, enjoy variety and always think one step ahead.
- You work highly independently and reliably, and remain calm and keep an overview even when many different tasks are running in parallel.
- Through daily use, you are fully proficient with the Google Suite (especially Sheets & Slides), MS Office, Slack and similar digital tools.
- You have a positive demeanor, are service-oriented and genuinely enjoy direct (phone) contact with partners and customers.
- You are not seeking a purely administrative role. You are energetic, solution-oriented and want to actively contribute to deliver tangible impact.
