Key responsibilities & impact

You are the right hand and a sparring partner for our founder team.
In this challenging and varied role, you proactively support management and the team with strategic tasks as well as all areas of daily operations.
You handle administrative project coordination and communication with project partners.
You assist with the management and controlling of a funded project and the company.
You prepare interim reports and contribute to budget planning.
You manage partnerships at both operational and strategic levels.

What you’ll need

You are currently a student, for example in business/economics or a related field.
You have initial experience in administration and project controlling.
You enjoy working independently and are highly results-oriented.
You are energetic and not looking for a purely administrative role — you want to actively shape and build.
Through daily use, you are proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, and similar tools.
Ideally, you have some relevant professional experience in strategic business development, consulting, workation/coworking, community building, as a startup founder, or in venture capital.
