B2B Sales Manager – m/f/d

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and acquire corporate clients for our workations, offsites, retreats, events, and membership offerings
- Build and maintain client relationships and negotiate contracts
- Use, optimize, and manage the CRM system in a data-driven way
- Build and develop a sales team, including recruiting and training staff
- Identify and acquire B2B corporate customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to unlock new business opportunities
- Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and account management
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions for prospective clients
- Track sales targets and achieve revenue goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in B2B sales with a successful track record in acquiring corporate clients and closing contracts
- Excellent skills in building and maintaining client relationships and negotiating contracts
- Solid knowledge of CRM systems and their effective use for sales management
- Experience in building and developing sales teams, including recruiting and training employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand client needs and propose solutions
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently plan and execute sales activities
- University degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
- Fluent in German and English
