About the role
- Provides quality service to customers of ProHealth Care Laboratories
- Effectively utilizes the laboratory and hospital information systems to respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Responsible for accurate and efficient receipt, processing and distribution of specimens, registration of outreach specimens, and confirmation of valid orders
- Monitors and responds to result reporting queues for errors
- Serves as a resource to laboratory staff, nursing personnel and customers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of laboratory experience preferred
