About the role
- Partner closely with Global Sales and Customer Success teams to develop localized marketing materials that align with regional priorities and resonate with local audiences.
- Support product marketing initiatives, including messaging and positioning for new product launches across international markets.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to adapt global content while maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Support the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Canada.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities to refine localized marketing strategies.
- Own and maintain regional marketing assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Progyny’s brand standards.
- Support updates to global website content, ensuring relevance across regions.
- Assist with the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across international markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B, healthcare, HR tech, or benefits-related industries.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing initiatives across international markets.
- Strong ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German or additional languages are a plus).
- Strong project management skills with a high level of ownership and attention to detail.
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
