Maintain and regularly update the organization’s fundraising database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of donation records.
Reconcile fundraising data with contribution records to ensure compliance with Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations.
Manage and organize digital and physical files related to contributions and disbursements, ensuring easy accessibility for audits and reporting purposes.
Conduct periodic internal audits of fundraising and financial data to ensure accuracy.
Monitor contribution limits and donation sources to flag potential compliance concerns.
Help maintain audit-ready records, identifying and resolving discrepancies in coordination with the Executive and HR/Business Operations teams.
Manage and respond with kindness, compassion, and precision to donor and supporter inquiries via email and phone.
Elevate important or urgent concerns from stakeholders and donors to appropriate PTP staff.
Complete donor research and maintain donor records as needed to resolve concerns presented by supporters.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant campaign finance and nonprofit compliance regulations.

Requirements
1–2 years of relevant administrative, compliance, or political operations experience preferred.
Experience with CRM systems or fundraising databases (e.g., NGP VAN, EveryAction)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and data entry protocols.
