Manager

• Lead the team responsible for cloud, hybrid infrastructure, networking, and platform services
• Own engineering quality, architectural integrity, technical standards, and operational readiness of Infra platforms
• Drive initiatives including modernization (EKS, EC2, VPC), Terraform IaC improvements, firewall modernization, DNS, certificates, and identity infrastructure
• Manage core environments supporting production, staging, development, and shared services
• Ensure secure, scalable, cost-efficient, compliant platforms
• Maintain strong execution discipline with clear owners, deadlines, and accountability
• Partner with SRE, Ops, Incident Management, InfoSec, and Engineering teams
• Grow, mentor, and coach systems engineers; build a culture of accountability and craftsmanship
