About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and validate AI-driven growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention
  • Define priorities and make trade-offs to focus on the highest-impact growth bets
  • Lead customer discovery to uncover key developer pain points and unmet needs
  • Design and run experiments: defining hypotheses, success metrics, and learning plans
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Go-to-Market, and Product-Led Growth teams
  • Shape how AI capabilities are packaged, positioned, and monetized
  • Scale successful initiatives, ensuring they deliver sustained value for users

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Strong command of core PM disciplines and frameworks
  • Prior experience with developer tools or infrastructure products
  • Proven track record of taking innovative ideas from concept to successful business outcomes
  • Hands-on experience in experimentation, metrics, funnels, and hypothesis-driven decision making
  • Experience working with AI-powered products and agentic platforms
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Strong strategic and systems thinking
  • Demonstrated execution excellence
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
