About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and execute the Singapore and regional go-to-market plan for reseller-led and direct growth.
- Identify, recruit, enable, and activate high-potential resellers, service providers, and solution partners.
- Work directly with partners on discovery, positioning, demo support, pipeline development, and closing priority opportunities
- Personally prospect and close early adopters in target segments
- Evangelise the solution through direct outreach, partner events, associations, ecosystem networking, and field activity.
- Build pipeline from scratch in a structured, repeatable way across both direct and partner-led routes.
- Create local proof points, customer references, and lighthouse wins to support broader expansion.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, account plans, reseller plans, and CRM hygiene.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and leadership to sharpen messaging and accelerate conversions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise software sales in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
- Proven success in new business / hunting, especially in greenfield or underpenetrated markets.
- Demonstrated experience managing or enabling partners / resellers / distributors, while still being commercially hands-on
- Ability to sell to both business and operational/IT stakeholders, and to engage confidently with CEOs, founders, and functional/IT decision-makers.
- Experience with consultative, value-led selling rather than feature-led product pitching.
- Strong forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene
- Prior experience in companies with a partner ecosystem and partner-led business models.
- Experience building a new territory, segment, or first-wave customer base from scratch.
