Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business processes across Go-to-Market functions and Enterprise Applications & Data to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and scale
Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points, define desired outcomes, and recommend solutions that deliver measurable business value
Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify practical applications that improve efficiency, decision-making, and user experience
Translate business needs into recommendations, requirements, process improvements, and implementation plans
Facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams to align priorities and drive execution
Support foundational architecture initiatives by helping define scalable processes, governance, and operating models
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and responsible AI adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Product Operations, Process Improvement, or a related field
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels
Proven ability to analyze business processes and drive operational improvements
Technically curious with a demonstrated interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
Regularly experiments with new tools and capabilities and stays current on industry trends
Experience working in Agile environments and partnering with both business and technical teams
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
