About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develops the direction and strategy of a large product or multiple products within the business unit
- Applies expert industry acumen to differentiate products from the competition
- Develops overall PM strategy, direction and roadmaps
- Sets pricing and licensing strategies to drive market success and revenue growth
- Proactively identifies product challenges and uses performance data to refine focus areas
- Participates in solving business challenges by partnering with cross-functional leaders (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support)
- Can lead cross-functional or organizational projects
- Uses expertise on business insight to negotiate and influences leaders internally and externally
- Serves as a thought leader and communicates the product portfolio lifecycle and company strategy
- Responsible for strategic management across multiple divisions and for the leadership of a team of senior managers and directors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in Product Management
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex, large-scale product organizations
- Demonstrated experience setting overall division direction and strategy
- Expertise in aligning technical solutions with strategic business objectives
- Exceptional strategic planning, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly effective communicator with the ability to navigate complex challenges and build collaborative relationships
- Demonstrated proficiency with product management tools
- Strong data analytics and metric tracking skills
- Extensive understanding of all product aspects, including UX/UI principles and the overall product development lifecycle
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (may require)
