About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develops the direction and strategy of a large product or multiple products within the business unit
  • Applies expert industry acumen to differentiate products from the competition
  • Develops overall PM strategy, direction and roadmaps
  • Sets pricing and licensing strategies to drive market success and revenue growth
  • Proactively identifies product challenges and uses performance data to refine focus areas
  • Participates in solving business challenges by partnering with cross-functional leaders (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support)
  • Can lead cross-functional or organizational projects
  • Uses expertise on business insight to negotiate and influences leaders internally and externally
  • Serves as a thought leader and communicates the product portfolio lifecycle and company strategy
  • Responsible for strategic management across multiple divisions and for the leadership of a team of senior managers and directors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Background in Product Management
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex, large-scale product organizations
  • Demonstrated experience setting overall division direction and strategy
  • Expertise in aligning technical solutions with strategic business objectives
  • Exceptional strategic planning, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly effective communicator with the ability to navigate complex challenges and build collaborative relationships
  • Demonstrated proficiency with product management tools
  • Strong data analytics and metric tracking skills
  • Extensive understanding of all product aspects, including UX/UI principles and the overall product development lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (may require)
