Senior Regional HR Business Partner
ProgressRegional HR Business Partner at Progress responsible for driving employee engagement and manager effectiveness. Collaborating with leaders and supporting various HR initiatives in a hybrid remote setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with local leaders, managers, and employees, aligning HR strategies with business objectives
- Drive employee engagement, manager effectiveness, and local/regional development
- Act as the HR site leader and collaborate with G&A functions
- Support Marketing with “best employer” surveys
- Identify needs, make recommendations and execute training for local populations
- Deliver New Manager Orientation and support performance management programs
- Act as primary point of contact for employee relations issues
- Participate in the M&A lifecycle, from reviewing HR-related documents to onboarding and integration
- Identify areas for process and program improvements and drive change
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in relevant course of study
- 6+ years in a regional HR role; experience in other aspects of HR a plus
- Experience working with all levels of leaders and employees
- Experience in effectively presenting to groups, facilitating meetings, etc.
- Experience handling complex employee relations matters
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities, projects, etc. at one time
- Works well within a team and as autonomously
- Experience working in a global organization, effectively collaborating across time zones and cultures
