About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to HR organizational strategy development
- Consult and collaborate with HR Leadership Team on HR initiatives
- Develop HRBP organization global and regional strategy
- Foster relationships with BU and G&A leaders to understand business needs
- Mentor and develop high-performing HR business partners
- Monitor and report on key HR performance indicators
- Drive effective collaboration between global and regional teams
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations
- Lead HRBP teams in executing HR programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in HR strategy and development
- Experience in developing and implementing integrated HR strategies
- Strong understanding of local, regional, and global labor laws
- Leadership experience in coaching and mentoring HR teams
- Skills in change management and organizational development
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders
- Knowledge in talent management strategies including workforce planning and succession planning
