About the role
- Design user flows, wireframes, generate interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces
- Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into clear, usable design solutions
- Apply strong UX principles, accessibility standards, and design best practices
- Contribute to information architecture, interaction models, and feature‑level experience decisions
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering throughout discovery, delivery, and product evolution
- Actively contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of design systems and AI tooling – MCPs, agents and skills
- Ensure visual and interaction consistency across products while balancing speed and quality
- Use AI automated workflows and tooling in production
- Explore how AI features or AI‑assisted experiences can improve usability and user outcomes
- Collaborate with the team on AI‑related design explorations, prototypes, or concept testing
- Actively follow AI trends, tools, and UX implications, and share insights and knowledge with the team
- Use AI‑enabled tools (e.g. in design, prototyping, research synthesis, asset generation)
- Work independently on complex or high‑impact design tasks, owning outcomes end to end
- Seek feedback early and often; incorporate input with a growth mindset
- Participate in design reviews, team discussions, and cross‑functional workshops
- Act as a strong senior contributor and role model for UX best practices
- Provide guidance or mentorship when needed, without formal people‑management expectations
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX / Product / UI Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design thinking
- Excellent command of Figma, Figma Make and modern design workflows
- Solid experience designing responsive web and/or desktop applications
- Strong understanding of UX patterns, accessibility, and usability principles
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable working in cross‑functional product teams
- Hands‑on experience designing AI‑powered or AI‑assisted features (nice to have)
- Familiarity with the AI tooling landscape for design, research, or prototyping (nice to have)
- AI dev tooling literacy is a plus – VS CoPilot, Claude Code, etc. (nice to have)
- Experience contributing to or evolving design systems (nice to have)
- Exposure to user research, usability testing, or insight synthesis (nice to have)
