About the role

  • Participate in developing and communicating the product vision and strategy for Sitefinity Insight (CDP).
  • Participate in collectively creating and managing our product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and prioritizing customer feedback to shape product enhancements.
  • Engage and work with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and support teams to drive product development and launch.
  • Continuously analyze the competitive landscape, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Work closely with development and UX to define detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure the quality of delivered user stories via a required sign-off for the definition of done.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to communicate the product positioning and messaging.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product management experience with B2B, SaaS, or ecommerce products.
  • Experience with a CMS or a CDP is a great bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving common goals.
  • Effectiveness in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences and knowledge of how software is built.
  • Experiences with latest AI technologies (LLM, agents, analytics) are very desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Passionate about delivering value to customers and enhancing user experiences.
  • Fluency in English.
