About the role
- Lead channel marketing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional execution
- Own end-to-end global partner marketing programs, including campaign development, enablement, and portal optimization
- Collaborate with regional and global product, sales, and campaign teams to develop partner-specific programs, materials, promotions, and other initiatives that support sales goals and encourage both pipeline growth and partner engagement
- Establish global KPIs for partner success and ensure consistent measurement across regions
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports that summarize partnership achievements, performance gaps, and areas for improvement
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B marketing with deep channel/partner experience
- Proven ability to lead global programs, influence senior stakeholders, and drive measurable impact
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; adept at turning insights into action
- Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment across cultures, time zones and levels of seniority
- Open to occasional travel (domestic and international)
