About the role

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, and requirements within defined initiatives.
  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements with guidance from senior team members.
  • Translate business needs into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Senior Business Analysts, technical Business Systems Analysts, and engineers to clarify requirements.
  • Support backlog refinement activities to ensure work is well-defined and meets “Definition of Ready” standards.
  • Participate in discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Document decisions, assumptions, and requirements changes clearly and consistently.
  • Support UAT preparation and execution by ensuring acceptance criteria are clear and traceable.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
  • Assist the Product Owner and Scrum Master with day-to-day activities, including sprint planning and coordination tasks to ensure efficient delivery of team objectives.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Foundational understanding of at least one of the following: Lead-to-Cash processes (lead, opportunity, quoting, ordering) or Customer Support or Customer Success processes (case management, omni-channel support).
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and refining business and functional requirements.
  • Familiarity with user stories, acceptance criteria, and agile delivery practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams in an enterprise or SaaS environment.
  • Basic understanding of integrations, data flows, and system dependencies (conceptual).
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
