About the role

  • Drive the Design: Lead the ongoing modernization of our platform while researching, designing, and implementing new features and enhancements that keep our products evolving.
  • Write Quality Code: Produce clean, maintainable code following team standards.
  • Promote Best Practices: Influence code quality, processes, architecture, and team culture through reviews and collaboration.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Drive communication and alignment within your team, while also coordinating with the parallel development team to maintain consistency and shared progress.
  • Mentor Others: Support and guide less experienced team members.
  • Leverage AI Tools: Use modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and enhance team productivity.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with C# and .NET technologies
  • Proficiency in front end development using React or Angular
  • Experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Demonstrated experience in robust and secure backend services
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and HTTP/S communication
  • Good written and verbal English skills
  • Working knowledge in one or more of the following: Java, or C++ (beneficial)
  • Experience with REST API design, implementation, and usage (beneficial)
  • Understanding of file transfer protocols FTP, SFTP (beneficial)
  • Experience with database design and performance analysis (beneficial)
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and SAFe methodology (beneficial)
