About the role
- Support the execution of customer marketing programs that celebrate customer success and increase product adoption
- Help create customer-facing assets—case studies, testimonials, success videos, and spotlights—showcasing measurable impact and ROI
- Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to assist with retention and expansion campaigns
- Maintain and update the customer advocacy library and assist in coordinating customer participation in references, events, and analyst briefings
- Conduct basic data and sentiment analysis on customer engagement metrics to inform future programs
- Draft and edit content for newsletters, webinars, and community features highlighting customer innovation and outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across campaigns and platforms
Requirements
- 1–3 years of marketing experience—preferably in product marketing, customer marketing, or a related B2B SaaS/software marketing role
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and curious, eager to use data and feedback to guide program improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, engineering or a related field
- Exposure to data, analytics, or AI-driven software solutions is beneficial
- Familiarity with customer advocacy, lifecycle, or community marketing programs is beneficial
- Comfort working with cross-functional technical and marketing teams in a global organization is beneficial
- Demonstrable AI skills in the development of content creation and sales aids is beneficial
