About the role

  • Support the execution of customer marketing programs that celebrate customer success and increase product adoption
  • Help create customer-facing assets—case studies, testimonials, success videos, and spotlights—showcasing measurable impact and ROI
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to assist with retention and expansion campaigns
  • Maintain and update the customer advocacy library and assist in coordinating customer participation in references, events, and analyst briefings
  • Conduct basic data and sentiment analysis on customer engagement metrics to inform future programs
  • Draft and edit content for newsletters, webinars, and community features highlighting customer innovation and outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across campaigns and platforms

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience—preferably in product marketing, customer marketing, or a related B2B SaaS/software marketing role
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and curious, eager to use data and feedback to guide program improvements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, engineering or a related field
  • Exposure to data, analytics, or AI-driven software solutions is beneficial
  • Familiarity with customer advocacy, lifecycle, or community marketing programs is beneficial
  • Comfort working with cross-functional technical and marketing teams in a global organization is beneficial
  • Demonstrable AI skills in the development of content creation and sales aids is beneficial
