About the role
- Lead high-impact cross-functional programs of varying size and complexity using Agile, hybrid, or traditional program management approaches
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including release readiness, rollout coordination, customer communication, and end-of-life planning
- Coordinate responses to high-priority product issues, security alerts, and incidents—working closely with Engineering, Security, Support, and Product teams to ensure timely resolution
- Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Product Management, Security, Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment, clarity, and execution consistency
- Collaborate with engineering teams on secure SDLC practices for both on-premises and cloud SaaS offerings, identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Develop program documentation, including lifecycle process guides, security alert workflows, EOL playbooks, and cross-team communication standards
- Drive continuous improvement, evaluating existing processes and introducing enhancements that improve efficiency, quality, and transparency
- Anticipate risks, facilitate decisions, and remove blockers, ensuring teams stay focused on delivering measurable outcomes
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across teams and programs
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in program management, technical program management, or a related role within a software or cloud-based organization
- Strong experience managing secure, compliance-sensitive, or enterprise-grade software products
- Demonstrated expertise with SDLC, secure development practices, and product lifecycle management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes in complex organizational environments
- Experience coordinating across Engineering, Product, Security, and customer-facing teams
- Strong grounding in process development, documentation, and operational standardization
- Ability to analyze complex issues, synthesize options, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal—capable of presenting to both technical and business audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at prioritizing in fast-moving environments
- Experience working in globally distributed teams is a plus
- Background with file sharing, customized workflows, or platform building initiatives is a bonus
