About the role
- Lead and develop a growing CRM Data Operations team.
- Govern data quality across Accounts, Contacts, and Sales Coverage in Salesforce.
- Manage hierarchies, ownership logic, and territory alignment.
- Oversee enrichment, completeness, and duplicate remediation.
- Build and maintain data standards, dictionaries, and governance workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support GTM planning and AI-ready data.
Requirements
- 5+ years in CRM data operations, Salesforce administration, or Sales Ops.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture (Accounts, Contacts, Coverage).
- Experiance in building CRM data governance E2E frameworks.
- Experience with enrichment tools (Leadspace, ZoomInfo) and dedupe workflows.
- Ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented problem-solver with strong communication skills.
- Experience in multi-product environments is a plus.
