Research competitor websites and industry trends to identify best practices applicable to the company’s web strategy.
Strategically use AI to accelerate the web project lifecycle—from analyzing and diagnosing existing pages to support the creation of new ones through actionable insights and first-draft content.
Collaborate with Digital Strategy specialists to support A/B testing initiatives and uncover further optimization opportunities.
Partner with SEO specialists to evaluate competitive position and define areas for optimization.
Work with paid media specialist to create landing pages optimized for conversion.
Collaborate with the Web Project Manager to drive quarterly planning, ensuring web projects are prioritized and resources are optimally allocated.
Facilitate the process of gathering and refining business requirements with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
Personally initiate and scope web projects aligned with GTM strategy, success KPIs, industry benchmarks and internal analyses.
Actively participate and provide feedback throughout all phases of web project development: UX, Design, Development, Testing, and Hypercare.
Monitor daily web performance metrics and share insights during business reviews or with stakeholders.
Assist stakeholders in defining success metrics and building dashboards to track performance.
Partner with Sales and Funnel specialist to evaluate the quality of the leads that the web channel generates and define areas for optimization.
Partner with Sales to scope, plan, execute, and evaluate Demand Generation-driven promotional campaigns.
Implement and monitor performance of lead-gen tools on our website.
Maintain good understanding of the product, product features, roadmap and competitive landscape
Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent working experience
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or related role.
Proven experience in optimizing web journeys, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lead generation.
Strong familiarity with tools like Google Analytics
Good knowledge of SEO principles and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CMS platforms).
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong project management skills.
Experience working in global company and collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders is a plus
