About the role
- Maintain and improve Salesforce data for accounts, contacts, account hierarchies, and territories.
- Monitor, flag, and resolve data quality issues (duplicates, invalids, missing enrichments).
- Enforce data quality rules, naming conventions, and validation standards.
- Execute data cleanup initiatives, including deduplication, hierarchy assignments, and field standardization.
- Perform regular audits and reconciliation between Salesforce and enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Leadspace, Traction Complete).
- Partner with SalesOps, Enterprise Apps (SFDC Admins), Marketing Ops, and D&A to align on GTM structure and definitions.
- Support integration and onboarding of acquisitions and net-new entities.
- Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and KPIs.
- Track and report data stewardship activities and progress to management.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in data stewardship, sales operations, or CRM administration.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and familiar with tools like Excel, Tableau, SQL.
- Strong understanding of B2B customer data, GTM models, and lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
- Detail-oriented with a "data guardian" mindset.
- Experience with enterprise data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Leadspace) is beneficial.
- Exposure to hierarchy models (GU/SU/DU/Site) and territory planning logic.
- Familiarity with account scoring models, ICP logic, and campaign segmentation.
